Status Bar - The status bar holds the current status of each property listed on the platform. It provides a visual representation or indicator of the different statuses that properties can have in the crowdfunding process. The status bar may include fields such as "All, Upcoming, Active, Sold Out" to help users understand the progress and availability of properties.
Search by Country, Property Type, and Purchase Type - This section of the search bar allows users to refine their property search based on specific criteria. Users can select the country they are interested in, specifying the geographical location of the properties they want to explore. Additionally, they can choose the property type, such as residential, commercial, or industrial, to narrow down their search to properties that match their preferences. Finally, the purchase type allows users to specify whether they are looking for properties available for outright purchase, investment, or other purchase options, further tailoring their search results to meet their requirements.
By incorporating these two sections into the search bar, users can easily access the current status of properties and apply filters to find properties that align with their desired location, property type, and purchase preferences. This enhances the search experience and helps users discover relevant options more efficiently
Property Status Bar
All: The "All" status represents the total collection of properties available in the crowdfunding process. It encompasses all properties regardless of their current status, including upcoming, active, and sold-out properties.
Upcoming: The "Upcoming" status refers to properties that have been announced or are in the pipeline for crowdfunding but are not yet open for investment. These properties are still in the pre-launch phase, and interested investors can anticipate their availability in the near future.
Active: The "Active" status signifies properties that are currently open for crowdfunding and accepting investments. Investors can participate in funding these properties and secure their shares or ownership stakes while the campaign is ongoing.
Sold Out: The "Sold Out" status indicates properties that have reached their funding goal or have successfully completed the crowdfunding campaign. All available shares or ownership stakes have been sold, and the property is no longer open for investment through the crowdfunding platform.
Seach by Country
The Location search bar allows users to search for properties based on specific countries. Propbase, a crowdfunding platform, plans to tokenize its first properties exclusively in Thailand. Users can select from a range of countries including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Taiwan, South Korea, and Australia. By segmenting the search bar by country, users can easily focus their property search on a particular location of interest. Whether they are seeking investment opportunities or looking for properties in a specific region, the Location search bar provides a convenient way to narrow down their search and explore available properties in the desired country.
Search by Property Type
The Property Type search bar allows users to quickly filter tokenized properties by selecting from options such as condos, landed houses, new condominiums, hotels, resorts, short term rentals, retail spaces, serviced offices, commercial properties, and private REITs. This segmentation helps users easily find properties of their preferred type for investment or real estate purposes.
The Property Display Card features a property picture, name, price, and investment details for quick reference.

Rented: Indicates the current rental status of the property, whether it is rented or available for rent.
Property Status (Upcoming, Active, Sold Out): Represents the current status of the property in the crowdfunding process, indicating if it is upcoming, actively seeking funding, or already sold out.
Projected IRR (Initial Rate of Return on annual basis): Provides an estimate of the projected rate of return on the total investment for the property, expressed as an annual percentage.
Condominium Name: Specifies the name or title of the condominium property.
Unit Number: Identifies the specific unit number or identifier associated with the property within the condominium.
Property Type (e.g., Condo): Describes the type of property, such as a condominium or any other relevant property type.
Rental Yield Guaranteed: Indicates whether there is a guaranteed rental yield associated with the property investment.
Funding Target and Fund Target: Specifies the target amount of funding required for the property and the current level of funds raised.
Completion of Funding Percentage and Progress Bar: Displays the percentage of funding achieved towards the target amount, along with a visual progress bar illustrating the funding progress.
Annual Asset Appreciation: Represents the estimated annual increase in the value of the property as a result of appreciation.
Annual Rental Yield (Net): Indicates the projected annual rental income generated by the property after deducting expenses and taxes.
Individual Token Price: Specifies the price of an individual token or share of the property available for investment.
These property fields provide relevant information about the location, status, financial projections, and key details of the property, helping potential investors evaluate and make informed decisions.
