How to make a purchase?

This topic explains how a user can make a purchase in the Nexus - marketplace:

Step 1: Check the Current Sale Round

Before purchasing, it's important to identify which sale round is currently active:

• If you're a Member: You'll see your exclusive Membership Rounds with early access privileges.

• If you're not a Member: You will be eligible for the Fair Distribution Round, which ensures everyone has a chance to participate.

Sale Round Details :

When you click on the sale round, you’ll see the following key details:

• Maximum Supply – Total value of tokens available in that round

• Tokens Left to Buy – How much is still open for purchase

• Minimum Buy – The smallest amount you can invest (e.g., $100 USDC)

• Maximum Buy – The highest amount you’re allowed to invest in that round

• Total Purchased – Tracks how much has already been bought by all users

• Sale End Time – Countdown to when the round closes

Note: Membership is not required to participate. Every user can take part in the Fair Distribution Round on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring a fair opportunity for all.

To make a purchase, you should select the "Buy Tokens" button in the side bar.

Step 2: Select Number of Tokens to Purchase

After accessing the sale round (Fair Distribution or Membership Tier), Buy Tokens button, the user is taken to the Buy Tokens screen.

Property Overview

The top section displays key property details:

• Property name, unit ID, and location

• Rental status and projected gross return

• Property type (e.g., Commercial)

Investment Metrics

Below the property card, the following information is shown:

• Funding Target: Total capital required for the offering

• Total Investment: Value of tokens selected by the user for purchase

• Total Tokens Purchased: How many tokens have been bought so far

• Individual Token Price: Fixed price per token (e.g., $100 USDC)

• Min/Max Purchase Limits: Defined per sale round

• Remaining Tokens in Fair Distribution: Number of tokens still available in this round

• Wallet Balance: User’s current available balance in USDC

Token Quantity Selection

Users can define the number of tokens they wish to buy using:

• Increment/Decrement Buttons (+/-): Manually adjust token quantity

• Max Button: Auto-select the maximum allowed tokens

• Reset Button: Set token quantity back to 0

The total purchase price is automatically calculated and displayed based on the selected token count.

Purchase Action

After selecting the desired quantity, the user clicks the Confirm button to proceed with the purchase.
