REGULATORY FRAMEWORK

Propbase Tokenization Flow – Key Steps

  • Property Developer transfers ownership of the real estate asset to a legal entity (LLC).

  • LLC acts as the holding structure for the asset and receives rental income from the property.

  • Property Management oversees the asset and forwards rental income to the LLC.

  • The Tokenization Protocol integrates with:

    • The LLC to manage payments and rental income flow.

    • The $PROPS Token for enabling digital ownership.

    • The Marketplace, which serves as the user-facing platform for trading property tokens.

  • Investors use the marketplace to purchase tokenized shares of properties via the Tokenization Protocol.

  • In return, investors receive:

    • Property tokens representing fractional ownership.

    • Regular rental income distributions tied to their holdings.

  • Investors can also send payments via the platform to acquire tokens or reinvest.

  • The Marketplace acts as a tech provider, bridging investor interactions with the backend protocol and token flow.
