Explorer Overview
The Explorer page provides a real-time overview of all property token activities and overall performance metrics across the platform. It allows users to monitor total value, trading volume, liquidity, rental yield distribution, and live property token transaction updates happening on the Propbase ecosystem.
Total Property Count KPI
Under this section users can view the platform’s key performance indicators (KPIs) with real time updates, which gives a snapshot of the overall property token statistics:
Total Property Value on Propbase (USD): Displays the total combined value of all tokenized properties currently listed on the Propbase platform.
Total Trading Volume (USD): It shows the total volume of token trades happening on property investments through the Propbase platform.
Total Liquidity (USD): It indicates the overall amount of liquidity available within the platform’s existing pools. In general, higher liquidity value means the platform has sufficient funds to handle trades efficiently.
Total Rental Yield Distributed (USD): This indicator represents the cumulative rental yield distributed to users from property staking and rental income.
Total Transactions: It shows the total number of blockchain transactions related to property that have been completed on the Propbase platform.
Live Property Token Trades
Below the KPI section, users can view a live table that displays blockchain transactions happening in real time. This table provides transparency and allows users to track ongoing trading and yield claim activities across different properties through various columns.
The columns include:
Time: To display the recent transactions in descending order, with timestamps indicating how long ago each transaction happened (e.g., 14 hours ago or 2 minutes ago).
Type: To indicate the nature or type of the transaction activity performed in this transaction. (For e.g., Stake, Unstake, Buy, Sell or Claim Rental Yield.)
Amount (USDC): It shows the amount of total value exchanged in the transaction, denominated in USDC. This gives users a clear idea of the transaction’s worth in standard currency terms.
Tokens: To display the number of tokens involved in the transaction (e.g., staked, unstaked, etc.,). It helps track the movement and quantity of tokens across transactions.
Property: To indicate the property associated with the transaction (e.g., Wyndham Queen Hotel & Residences - 1 Bed, Ramada Plaza).
Maker: It shows the wallet address that initiated or involved in the transaction. (You can click the copy icon to copy the full address.)
TXN: Under this section, users have an action button. If users want to know more details about the transaction, then click the action button which links to Aptos Explorer.
Status: Displays the current blockchain confirmation status of the transaction. It may be Confirmed, Pending or Cancelled based on validation from the blockchain.
