Portfolio
The Portfolio page allows users to view and manage all their property token holdings, performance, projection and its related assets within the Propbase platform.
Connect Wallet
Before connecting the wallet: When a user first opens this page, they’ll see a message prompting them to “Connect your verified wallet”, along with the Connect Wallet button.
Users must connect their existing blockchain wallet to proceed with the transaction. If they don’t have one, they need to set up a new wallet and connect it to Propbase using their respective credentials.
After Connecting the Wallet:
Once your verified wallet is connected, the Portfolio page displays all key details about user property investments and rental yield performance within the Propbase platform. It provides users with a clear, real-time graphical representation of key metrics such as total rental yield, projected and actual rental yield, showing how much yield you’ve gained over a period from tokenized real estate.

Total Accrued Rental Yield
This widget provides a visual overview of the total rental yield earned from user’s property token holdings over a selected time period. It helps you understand how much yield your investments have generated and how they perform over time.
Widget Components
Yield Value (Top Left) - Displays the total rental yield earned so far, denominated in USD.
Property Filter (Top Center) - The dropdown menu available to select a specific property or view combined data for all properties in your portfolio.
Time Duration Filter (Top Right) - You can adjust the time period displayed on the graph by selecting any one between 1D (1 Day), 7D (7 Days), 1M (1 Month) or 1Y (1 Year) to see performance over different timeframes.
Graph Visualization - To represent the amount of yield earned in USD across time periods (months or days, depending on your selection).
Total Estimated Rental Yield
This Total Estimated Rental Yield widget displays the projected or expected rental yield user could earn from your property token holdings over a selected time period. It provides an overview of future rental yield potential and helps users anticipate returns before they are actually claimed.
Widget Components
Estimated Yield Value (Top Left) - Displays the total projected rental yield (in USD) that may be earned from all your properties combined across selected periods.
Rental Yield Yet to Claim (Top Center) - This displays the total amount of yield that is calculated but not yet claimed that means pending for withdrawal.
Property Filter (Top Center) - The dropdown menu available to select a specific property or view combined data for all properties in your portfolio.
Time Duration Filter (Top Right) - You can adjust the time period displayed on the graph by selecting anyone between 7D (7 Days), 1M (1 Month) or 1Y (1 Year) to see expected performance over different timeframes.
Graph Visualization - To represent the estimated rental yield in USD across selected time periods (months or days, depending on your selection).
Owned Properties
This widget section provides a detailed overview of all real estate assets currently held or previously held by the user. It displays property details, token ownership, staking options, and yield-related information to help users to manage their property-based investments. Along with filters that allows users to refine the list based on country, property type, or purchased date.
Widget Sections
At the top, users have options to toggle between:
Owned Properties → It displays properties currently held in the user’s wallet.
Previously Owned Properties → This shows properties that were previously held by the user. Currently, it can be sold or transferred to someone.
Rental Yield Stats
This widget provides a detailed breakdown of all rental yield users have earned from their property token investments. It helps you track how much they have earned, pending to be claimed, total bonus claimed and your total estimated income over time.
Widget Components
Total Rental Yield - This section shows the total amount of rental yield users earned along with unclaimed rental yield from all properties, denominated in USD.
Total Rental Yield Claimed - This displays the total amount of rental yield the user has already claimed.
Total Rental Yield Yet to Claim - It shows the unclaimed rental yield which means income that’s been earned but yet to be claimed.
Total Bonus Claimed - This shows any extra rewards users earned in the form of PROPS tokens (platform-native reward tokens).
Total Estimated Rental Yield - This section provides an estimated projection of your rental yield earnings across different timeframes like daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
