Property Details
The Property Detail page displays a complete overview of a selected property. When a user clicks on any property, this page opens with all relevant information neatly organized into five key sections, as illustrated in the image below.
Section 1: Images
Section 2: Funding overview
Section 3: Token Sale Rounds & Purchase Interface
Section 4: Investment metrics
Section 5: Tabs highlighting the details of the property on sale, the documents related to the sale, buying process and financial details.

Section 1: Property Images
This section showcases images of the property in a carousel layout with next and previous controls. Users can browse through multiple images and click on any image to view it in full-screen mode for a closer look.
Additionally, the section displays the number of users who is actively participating in this sale.
Section 3: Token Sale Rounds & Purchase Interface
This section displays the token sale lifecycle for the selected property, structured in time-bound sale rounds. These rounds are aligned with user membership tiers — Platinum, Gold, and Silver — allowing early and exclusive access based on membership level.
Each round is shown in a vertical timeline format, along with its scheduled start and end timestamps. Users can clearly see whether a round is active, upcoming, or ended. The progression ensures, after registering to purchase that property, that higher-tier members (Platinum) get early access to invest, followed by Gold and Silver in sequential phases. A Fair Distribution Round may also be included to ensure remaining tokens are available to a broader user base after all priority rounds are complete.
Key elements of this section include:
Membership-based access control: Only users matching the current round’s tier can participate during that round.
Token price: The per-token cost is prominently displayed (e.g., `$100 USDC`), giving full transparency into the investment requirement.
Token purchase status: Below the pricing, users can view how much they’ve already purchased (if any), and during active rounds, a call-to-action button allows direct purchase.
Dynamic button state: If the sale is active and the user is eligible, the button will be enabled (e.g., “Buy Now”); if the sale has ended or is not yet open for the user’s tier, the button is disabled (e.g., “Sale Ended”). You can view more details regarding token purchase in the "How to make a purchase" page.
Section 4: Investment Metrics
This section offers a comprehensive snapshot of the property and its investment performance indicators. It includes basic property details at the top, followed by key financial and tokenization metrics presented in a clear grid layout.
Top Details:
Property Name & Unit Info: The title displays the full name of the property, its unit number, and property type (e.g., Commercial, Residential).
Location & Status: The property’s city and country are listed alongside a badge indicating if the property is rented or vacant.
Performance Highlights: Key figures like Projected IRR and Rental Yield are shown with color-coded badges, helping investors quickly evaluate performance potential.
Key Metrics Grid: A two-column layout presents core financial and tokenization data, such as:
Total Investment: Full amount raised or targeted for the property.
Property Value: The appraised or acquisition value of the property.
Total Closing Costs: Legal, processing, and transactional costs involved.
Property Token Value: Price per token.

This section serves as the investor’s high-level view of the property’s value, token structure, and expected returns — making it central for decision-making before token purchase.
